In this film, Maeda will portray the figure of a pregnant woman who is a lover named Yuka Eikichi [Matsuda]. Maeda revealed that he is a fan of director Shuichi Okita, "I am a big fan of director Shuichi Okita, I'm pleased to be working with him in this film". Maeda also revealed that he was a little trouble portray women who are pregnant.

'Mohican Kokyo ni Kaeru' tells the story of Eikichi [Matsuda Ryuhei] who left his hometown, Hiroshima to Tokyo. Eikichi try to find success with his band, but he failed. A few years later, Eikichi home to tell his father, Osamu [Emoto Akira], that his girlfriend Yuka [Maeda Atsuko] pregnant. His father expel him, but his father was also excited because it will have a grandchild. Osamu throw a party to celebrate the news, but, as a party, he collapsed and was taken to hospital. Eikichi struggled to make his father happy. |
